Hi,
I have a Problem with installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0. When

the problem is, after installation, system boots into graphics mode
and again it becomes distorted...and iam not able to boot the system.
The Dispaly Card iam using is Intel 915 Series
Pls help....
Hello.
Is your goal to boot into text mode or to try to figure out why GUI
becomes distorted? If you just want to boot into text, interrupt the
boot, get to single user mode and edit /etc/inittab to boot to
runlevel 3, instead of 5 (3 is full multi-user, 5 is X11 GUI).
Hope that helps.
