I'm having an issue with our Mac users connecting to our vsftpd ftp
server and not seeing the contents of the directories. Any clue as to
why this is happening ? When I use the same account credentials they
use, but on my PC, I see everything fine.

If possible, use a packet sniffer on the FTP server or Mac - this
sounds as if you are having firewall problems. Another way to
sorta prove this is for the Mac user to use the 'passiv' command in
FTP. See the man page to understand the difference.
