redhat 6.1 dual boot
I am a complete novice with Linux, so I would like some advice.
I am using an old pentium 120 with a 2 gig. hard drive for data
acquisition. I bought the redhat 6.1 package about 8 years ago and have
done nothing more than install and uninstall.
I am going to try some temperature DAQ sofware and want to use both
Win98 and Linux programs for this, to see which might be better.
I partitioned the drive 50/50 and have Win 98 on one and redhat on the
other, using Lilo.
Is there any way that I can add instructions in /etc/lilo.conf which
would allow me to have lilo diplay "linux" on one line and "dos" on
another without timing out and automatically booting Linux if the tab
key is not activated?
