RHEL 5 Apache PHP

We are currently using RHEL 4 with Apache PHP hand compiled with
support for Free-TDS to allow PHP send queries to our MS SQL server.
We want to move away from hand compiled sources for our RHEL 5 build
and use yum to keep code up to date. What does RHEL 5 offer out of
the box to allow for web applications to query MS-SQL?
