CPU Usage tool

Hi:
I´m looking for a script to monitorying CPU usage in red Hat.
Today I use a tool named sysperfstat in Solaris, and I´m looking for
anything like this:
linux> sysperfstat 3
------ Utilisation ------ ------ Saturation ------
Time %CPU %Mem %Disk %Net CPU Mem Disk Net
11:45:12 1.81 35.01 0.46 0.03 0.00 0.00 0.00 0.00
