Do you have the installation CD's or DVD?

If so, just install the rpm.


RHEL4: up2date

RHEL5: rhn-setup (rhn_register) and yum (software installations and updates)

If the customer has not got the CD's or DVD, the iso's can be downloaded from https://rhn.redhat.com
